• We do not retain copies, backups, or archives of your documents.

3. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data required to operate and improve our service.

This includes:
• Processed document type (e.g., invoice, report, receipt)
• Total number of documents processed (for aggregated statistics)
• Basic technical information such as browser type and usage analytics

We do not store document contents or extracted data.

4. How We Use Aggregated Data

Aggregated statistics are used solely to:

• Display platform usage metrics
• Improve system performance and reliability
• Understand overall document processing trends

These statistics do not identify any individual user or document.
